Tye House was originally built in the 1930's and redesigned by Neil Holland Architects in 2007.
The brickwork is of high quality brick to suit a substansial house of this type. The first floor is half timbered walls with white render to soften the elevations. The roof was layed using hand made clay tiles. The workmanship is of an exceptionally high level.
